Super tasty! While it can be consumed chilled, I'd still rather heat it up on a pan to get the edges crisp. Had this on a bagel but these will be best on sandwiches! Lasts long too as it's sliced thin. I had 3 and there's 7.8g protein, 1.8g fat and 3g carbs. Bought from SuperNature online.
