Review of House Greens at Amalfi's Italian Restaurant by pdxveg

This consisted of mixed lettuce, peppers, grape tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onions, and balsamic-herb vinaigrette. They veganized this for us by leaving off the parmesan cheese. The vinaigrette was very flavorful, and you can buy a whole bottle of it. Although the default menu is not vegan-friendly, the owner was extremely responsive and kind in helping to veganize this for us.
