Review of Original Poutine Gravy Mix - St Hubert by kaylabear

It’s difficult to find an instant poutine gravy that’s not made with meat. Even the canned version of this gravy isn’t vegan! I think this is one of those accidental vegan products. You mix it with hot water in a pot and it becomes a really thick gravy after boiling that goes nicely with on fries. It’s not the most amazing poutine gravy (has lots of chemicals and salt) — i could definitely make a better homemade mushroom version, but this is good for a quick fix.
