Don’t get fooled by this humble bottle: it’s packed with umami! I dash a few drops (which is enough, the taste is really concentrated) on everything. Salads, pasta, soups, rice, noodles, and so on forever. I’ve realised that it’s not food that I love, I love Maggi.
