Edit: I originally reviewed this dish last summer but the restaurant just pointed out to me (by commenting on that post) that what I had originally called the sandwich (BLT) was incorrect. In fact, this was a club sandwich. I should have realized it was a club sandwich because my boyfriend orders them every time they’re on a menu. I don’t think we’ve ever ordered a BLT. I got the two names confused as they are fairly similar sandwiches (especially the vegan versions). My boyfriend ordered it, neither of us cared for it, the staff was apathetic and made us feel unwelcome. If I had been able to find a menu for this restaurant online I would have gotten the name of the sandwich correct. Whatever you call the sandwich, it was terrible and so was the staff. The employee (owner?) who commented on my post didn’t apologize for the way we were treated or for the subpar food, just clarified that I called it the wrong name. If I was able to edit my original post I would have done so, but the name can’t be changed. Below is my original review for the sandwich.

I wish I had better things to say about this sandwich. I normally love BLT sandwiches and order them almost any time they are on the menu of a restaurant (vegan, of course). This one was so odd. It had a very off taste to it. Whatever sauce they put on it was just gross. Plus, the staff was terribly off-putting. #uplandspeak
