Review of Pure Bentong Ginger Powder - Health Shine by ming

I'm a big fan of everything ginger. And this ginger powder is a great way to get a quick gingery drink or to add some kick into your desserts. The taste isn't too overpowering like some of the ginger powders I've tried, just a teaspoon for a cup is just nice. Also worth noting is the powder doesn't melt completely so there will be some sediments.
