This dish jumped out at me with its unique and fresh flavors! A red chili-based sauce filled with Kula country farm kabocha, Kahumana farm sweet potato and watermelon radish, celery root, wood ear mushroom, cabbage, shallot, Ahiki Acres cilantro, backyard citrus, and corn tortillas come together for an amazing culinary experience! Highly recommended!
