Review of Cauliflower Bolognese at Cedele Bakery Kitchen - Greenwich V by alyrauff

Very interesting! Part of their Xmas special.
The cauliflower sauce looks like mince and was a little freaky cause it made me think of raw mince.
The taste was quite mediocre but this was still a nice dish.
Could use more seasoning and the paste could have been cooked more.
But don’t get me wrong, this is very standard quality for a cafe like cédele/coffee bean/Starbucks etc.
Wonderful presentation though! And I enjoyed the mushroom on the top.
