Review of Nyonya Chap Chye at Manis J Nyonya Restaurant by waisum

Very satisfying mix of veggies, mushrooms, black fungus, tau kee and vermicelli braised in a rich garlic and soya bean sauce. Especially love chowing down on the knotted strands of dried lily buds which added a crunchy texture to the soft stew.
