Review of Tofu Smoke at 270 Bench Kitchen by karmalotus

Such a fantastic sandwich. It had smoked tofu, maple mustard & sauerkraut. It also came with a side pickle. 🥪 They offer a variety of breads but but & I opted for the potato/olive oil. I got it in the morning as take out and had it hours later for lunch while wine tasting in the hot heat summer & the sandwich stayed completely fresh because they package everything properly. Really fresh clean ingredients.
