Review of Ramen with soy milk at 萩豆乳拉麵 by stellashih

The first ever vegan ramen I had and it did not disappoint! I love the idea of soy milk as broth. It was creamy and you could kinda taste the sweetness of the veggies. Also, the broiled tofu skin was pretty tender, love it!
