Review of Guar gum - Bob's Red Mill by opheeeliaaa

Yes!! A good substitute for any cakes that calls for gelatin! My grandma is not a hue choco fan so we faced some difficulty making a cake that looks not chocolatey! The frosting is made of soy milk and coconut oil & most importantly guar gum which is so delicious & creamy ! The purple frosting is made of blue pea flower + beet juice mixed with desiccated coconut! Purple is my gran’s fav colour #crf
