Mashed & Greens is a dish that combines mashed roots with a creamy turmeric tahini dressing and steamed vegetables. It is garnished with edamame, super sprouts, roasted nuts, pickled veggies, avocado, raw crackers, and balsamic pearls. The dish is served with a spicy sauce on the side and is a satisfying meal. It is a large portion size and can be shared or enjoyed as a meal on its own.

Beautifully presented and very tasty. A lot of kale, it went really well with the mash, but perhaps one or two other veggies would have complimented nicely. 
All in all I got more than my money's worth, and left happy and full.
