This looks like a truly fulfilling meal. I miss such meals!

nice mix of quinoa, beans, corn, chickpeas, guacamole, salsa, jalapeños and pumpkin. the dressing was great as well, just could have done with more of the quinoa/veg section instead half the plate of dry taco chips
