Review of Makluba Vegan at Vegano Mezo by alainasparagus

What a great dish! This massive rice mound comes with seasoned and cooked aubergine, cashews, almonds, and some other veg. Accompanied by a really tasty tzatziki sauce, this dish was a win! Serving size was very generous.
