Review of Sampler plate (vegan chicken) at Casa Borinqueña by sandrews

This place is in Saluhall, a very vegan friendly food court adjacent to the new IKEA in downtown San Francisco. This is the second dish I’ve tried and it was delicious. Easily the best vegan chicken I’ve ever had. They have two sampler plates that are identical, except one has BBQ sauce (I got the one without it, which, oddly, was $2 more!). The plate includes a generous amount of vegan chicken, Puerto Rican rice, plantains and salad. It was so good, it will be hard for me to try other things in this food court!
