Review of Nido Azul at Plat a Plat by asiayportia
The presentation of this dish was excellent: a nest of #sweetpotato noodles accompanied by #arugula, #tomatoes and #figs, on a sauce and a crunchy dehydrated garnish made with #coconut cream, cooked red cabbage, lemon, miso and olive oil. On top of that, the noodles changed colour when you squeezed lemon on them and turned purple (forgot to take a picture, sorryyyyy).
However the dish was served cold and this was not specified on the menu (I think it should be), and the overall taste was quite light and sweet, not really what I was expecting.
