Review of Corn grits polenta - Bob's Red Mill by sandrews
I love Bob’s Red Mill products. I usually use this product to make polenta, but this time I went with the grits version, because I mistakenly bought mustard greens, thinking it was kale! I hadn’t made or eaten mustard greens in forever, so decided to do a true southern meal - sautéed mustard green with black-eyed peas and grits. Eaten raw, the mustard greens were very spicy but once they were cooked, they were pretty mild. This was a really good dish and I would make again.
