I live buckwheat! It’s so #nutritious and tasty. It says to boil it, but I just pour some boiling water, close the lid and after 20 minutes it’s ready to eat, also don’t get mushy this way. But this exact brand is soo #expensive and #notworththefullprice. Grains should be affordable. Also packaging is paper mixed with plastic so it’s not recyclable.
