Review of organic The vegan caesar salad - Urban Remedy by littleredmushroom

I didn't have super high expectations for this , as I purchased it at the airport in San Francisco before my long flight. I try to avoid #airlinefood so I picked this up for a hefty $20 😨 it was okay. The Caesar dressing could have been a lot better and it was so thick that it didn't get to really spread around all the greens. And since there was #kale in the mix it was a lot to chew. I do love that they use very good ingredients. All organic and extra virgin olive oil only. I like that it's a healthy vegan option at the airport. I just wish they could #dobetter because each component of the salad could be improved upon. And of course the #deathbyplastic aspect left me with tinges of guilt.
