Review of Vegan Margherita at Pizza Shed Observatory by annetaylor

It may not look like much, but it was delicious! The base is sourdough and the tomato sauce felt like it was going to be too much, but it was really perfectly tasty. Presentation was a bit sad (all those unmelted blocks of vegan cheese) and service was all over the place, but I will happily return to this sweet-natured, casual spot in Obs.

Also: the wood-fired artichoke and loaf starter is worth travelling for!
