The tub and lid can be recycled except for the plastic covering the cheese.

This cheese is creamy and delicious, a very very good, preservative, msg, dairy, gmo, lactose and palm oil free vegan cheese. It is not at all fatty in texture or taste and not hard like a typical coconut based cheeses.

I will buy this again.
