This was very filling and it contains nutritious ingredients. A good source of #protein , #fiber , healthy fats, and a variety of nutrients. It wasn't very pleasant to eat, though. There just wasn't much flavor - a little bit of sweetness and tartness from the strawberries, but I think it needed more sweetness or something. To be fair, the only oatmeal I really like are the artificially flavored highly processed packets of instant oatmeal, so if you like regular oatmeal, you would probably enjoy this more than I did.
The little cups may be convenient for when you're #onthego but they are also just extra waste products.
I found this at #groceryoutlet for I think $0.99, but I probably would not buy this again.
