I love #fucuk so much; fried, baked, cooked in soup, steamed, whatever you do it just comes out tasting gloriously of the best parts of #beancurd while giving you that excellent texture ready to soak up whatever broth or grease you've chosen to keep it company 😊 On this occasion I pressed it into service with a coconut rendang curry, and it didn't disappoint 😉
