*2022 Reformulated Review*

Kevita Pineapple Peach has been my 2nd favorite kombucha for some time and one I buy pretty regularly. (Though I’m pretty thrifty I make an exception for booch…just always try to find the best deals.). I was surprised to see that not only did the packaging change but the nutritional information did as well.

Previously, a bottle was 60 cal and now it is 40 cal.

There is a noticeable difference but not in the flavor itself, but rather in the punchiness of it. This flavor was so vibrant and strong and I loved that. Now it is less so.

Do I still love it? Yes. It is still tasty, refreshing and sweet; it’s just dimmed down a bit. 🍍 🍑

PRO TIP: If you love this booch too, try purchasing it in a 6-pack from Walmart. In my area, a 6-pack is just under $15, which equals $2.50 per bottle. The grocery stores in my area sell the individual bottles for $3.29-4.59 a piece so it makes a difference. More booch for your buck!

sandrews When I switched from the higher sugar brands to a low sugar one, I also thought the flavor was less vibrant, but now that I am used to the less sugar versions, I can’t drink the ones with more sugar. I gave up Kevita because of the higher sugar content, but if they have reformulated, I will try them again.1 likeReply
beckyyy Thank you for this perspective. I’m not sure if their whole line has shifted or not, as it still has the old info on their website. I still really like this one and I’m sure I’ll get used to the difference in time. 😊1 likeReply
beckyyy Hello! Coming back to update that I found the cherry flavor w the lower calories as well, so that may mean all of them are being updated. 😊Reply
