Review of Pasta with Spinach Cream at 소이로움(SOIROUM) by xinru-t
Interesting to have a choice of either fettuccine pasta or baiye tofu 'noodles' (low-carb high-protein option, featured in this picture)! The spinach soy milk cream sauce was smooth and did not taste too vegetal. Topped with pieces of kabocha squash pumpkin, cherry tomatoes, king oyster mushrooms, sliced garlic, and alfalfa sprouts. Served with a side salad with tangy dressing, which added some oomph to the dish. (Contains alliums; can be made allium-free upon request by removing sliced garlic. 14,000 won)
