Review of Iodized Salt - Kroger by colburn

Since as vegans we aren't consuming sea animals, it's important to get iodine from other sources. The online research I did says iodized salt is vegan.

If you're buying salt from Kroger and don't have a medical condition involving iodine, be sure to get the iodized salt.

Seaweed snacks have iodine too.
