veronicagroen It actually has a warning on the side of the bottle that says not recommended for children under 12. It shows added caffein, and I am not sure if it is just imagination but I was wide awake during a full 3 hour meeting 😅 2 likesReply

vjaymama Ah! Apparently it comes from the guarana, which has four times the amount of caffeine as a coffee bean!

veronicagroen This is very interresting, thank you. I see Guarana is from the Amazon, I didn't know that, that is a big concern for me, so I have a lot of reading to do on it. One just see berries and think it's local without giving it a second thought!1 likeReply
