Review of Maitake Mushrooms - DON DON DONKI by fulfilling

These mushrooms are from Japan and it cost S$2.90 for a small portion. We had them in steamboat and they had a bitter aftertaste near the bottom of the stems which I don’t really like.

There is definitely a better way to cook these mushrooms to bring out its best flavours . As stated on the packing, scan for suggested recipes 😂
