Maybe the best, because it has not flavour! You can add sugar or salt and use for lunch or breakfast... I once made a sort of sauce for dinner, once i made a beverage with fructose for my training. It' s very proteic!
Senza sapore, forse è la soluzione migliore, perché ci aggiungo sale o zucchero e simili a seconda di come la voglio.
