Review of Mexican Inspired Falafel & Rice Salad - Tesco Plant Chef by vegpledge

I got this #salad in a #tesco #mealdeal which was only £3, so it was really good value for the amount you get! I added a tahini dressing because I thought it would be too dry otherwise, but the #falafels were actually quite moist, and the pickled slaw was tangy and fresh-tasting. I also really liked the flavour of the spiced rice and beans. The only thing that might put me off this in the future (along with the fact that it is wrapped in non-recyclable plastic) is that there are so many ingredients for such a simple-seeming meal!
