I've had mixed results with various vegan cream cheeses, but I did a double take when I saw the Miyokos brand on sale, half price. That never happens with this premium brand! It is tangy and smooth and complemented the taste of the bagels perfectly. A little goes a long way, so it is a great splurge and will elevate whatever you spread it on.

This is a great time to be a vegan ..a product like this would have been unthinkable even 10 years ago.
