Review of Coconut Bacon - Pimp My Salad by veggi-bella

I enjoy these, they add a nice crunch to salads. Definitely has a hint of coconut flavour and texture, you’re not gonna fool anyone into thinking this is the real thing - but I think they’re pretty tasty in their own right.
They go soggy once they’re mixed with a sauce or dressing, so need to be added on just before you eat for the crispy goodness.
Received as part of a gift, I probably wouldn’t normally buy these since coconut bacon is easy enough to make.
