Gluten free flour in a recyclable pack, makes great 1:1 subbing in lots of recipes and is great even with all the substitutes I make for egg and butter. You want to make butter tarts with a crust without butter and gluten? Bean there done that (get it, because it’s mainly bean based?) Im hilarious
