Review of Smokey "Jack" Quarter Pounders - Plant Pioneers by leevardy
These are now my go to bbq burgers! Had them with some chilli cheese Mayo, coriander, Spinach and a little raw onion. And a ham style slice that went super crispy. Rather than cook them whole, I split them in half and done them “smash” style on a hot plate! They are rather soft to handle uncooked but they really were fine once on the bbq, didn’t fall apart, didn’t stick. Definitely delicious 🤤 ❤️
