Review of Red Curry Paste - Mae ploy by avecdeschiens

This is a solid red curry paste; you don’t need to use very much. It has a nice, pretty well balanced flavor. It’s super economical, so will last quite a while. I add coconut sugar to my curry, and it gives it a nice sweetness.
