It’s hard to order from Unit Su without ordering the Seitan. It’s the perfect combo of crunch and squish, a very mild spice, and enough food for at least two servings even for the most voracious appetite. I often pair with their brown rice. Order during their lunch special hours on Mon-Fri and you get soup and a spring roll added all for less than 10$! Friends of mine order their whole week’s worth of meals from here.
