Review of "Yuzushio" Yuzu Flavour Mellow Salt Ramen - Itsuki by stevenneoh

Compared to the other two flavours I've tried, this is certainly less umami and somewhat saltier. Guess the clue was in the name 😅 I continue to be amazed by how consistent and pleasant the texture of the #noodle is given that it's got a 2.5 minute prep time (#lazyvegan win right there 😁). I do wish I'd used a different set of ingredients for this flavour profile. Next time, kelp and bamboo shoots are in order, along with the sweet corn I've already used here. #instantnoodles #japan 🇯🇵
