Tasty, quick and easy! Pretty clean ingredient list and good source of fiber, whole grains and some protein. The baby loves these!!! The cinnamon flavor is pleasant. It tastes good without anything on it. Got 2 boxes for 7$. Worth the extra $$ for a quality product that is healthy and labeled vegan 😋
