Review of Buckwheat pancake mix - Orgran by dafnelately

Not too shabby a pancake mix, also works for waffles & kimchi pancakes 😄 The instructions on the pack aren’t the most helpful cause they ask you to cook the entire pack 😳 I won’t know what to do with 10 pancakes.. but I’ve been able to get a very fluffy pancake with 1 serving (37.5g) of the mix to 1 egg (also using the Orgran replacer) and 40ml of mylk. This mix also works well with a non-stick pan so I don’t have to worry about oiling a pan 😍 Overall recommended #abillionlove
