Review of Chia Seeds - Navitas by misspotato
Chia seeds are extremely beneficial to our bodies! They’re full with nutritions and can be eaten with anything! I add them to my smoothies as well as my homemade jam, making chia pudding and eating it as breakfast isn’t that yummy but really satisfiable. They can also be used as an egg alternative in baking or as a substitute for white grain.
