The Tofully Yours Tofu Burger featured fragrant pan-fried firm tofu as both the burger buns and the patties. Sandwiched between the stacks of firm tofu, there were marinated mushrooms, vegan ham, as well as baby spinach, cucumber, and tomato slices doused in mayonnaise and ketchup.
