Review of Cat Eye Liquid Eyeliner Ultra Black - Physicians Formula by katiewinter

This is my absolute go to liquid eyeliner. For reference, I’ve been doing winged eyeliner since middle school and am now out of college. My daily look includes liquid eyeliner. I have tried out soo many brands and when I switched to all vegan and cruelty brands in high school I thought I would never find a good one. I’ve been buying this one for YEARS. It is amazing. It stays on so well, no smudging or smearing. Its jet black and very dark. The applicator is so thin and easy to use. The packaging of this has a big red bow so I always take it off before using, so I wish the packaging wasn’t so wasteful but this is cruelty free and vegan. Cannot recommend enough. Also, I get this at rite aid (local drug store) because my Walmart near me never carries this exact one. Don’t know where else this is carried. Probably online somewhere.
