Review of Tofully Yours Tofu Burger at WellSmoocht by xinru-t

The Tofully Yours Tofu Burger ($13.50) featured fragrant firm tofu as both the burger buns and the patties, alongside marinated mushrooms, vegan ham, as well as baby spinach, cucumber, and tomato slices doused in mayonnaise and ketchup. It was a little tricky to hold and eat this dish like a normal burger, but the flavours were good! Apart from the two sides we could choose, there was also an accompanying savoury tofu salad, making this meal really rich in protein.
