Take the easy way out and buy these wonton wrappers instead of making your own. They’re great with a veggie or mushroom filling, and work either boiled or fried. They break apart easily if they become dry/stale so make sure to use them all quickly. Couldn’t get a picture of my fried dumplings since they were eaten too fast. Price: less than $3 at Wegmans.
