Review of Seurat Mexican Burger at When Polly Met Fergie by wheretovegan

When I last visited, I tried the Southern Fried Seitan, which in all honesty I found pretty dry and flavourless. On this occasion, I ordered the The Mexican burger with homemade chilli and guacamole, with what I thought was a seitan patty. When it arrived, it turned out that they had used the same seitan pieces as for the Southern Fried Seitan dish but put it in a bun. Due to the vast amount of toppings, it certainly wasn't as dry, but was definitely more difficult to eat. A good effort though.
