Review of Scrambled tofu at EAT.CO - Eat Consciously by simplyxoch

Protein, protein, protein!
Scrambled tofu was made with onions, other veggies, (coconut milk, nutritional yeast, garbanzo bean flour, and other goodies to make it creamy) served with bread and some type of yummy spread! We also had a berry smoothie bowl (not pictured) and a soy milk latte!
