I tried this product in several different flavours, and they were all good! They come in different sizes too, so you can but small bottles to take with you on the go, or bigger bottles to keep in the fridge. I find it super hard to decipher the Brazilian nutritional labels, but I don't think this one is too bad sugar-wise. 4.5% carbs, but doesn't say how much of that is sugar. All in all, these are a very good snack/part of breakfast option :) Would definitely buy again.
