I bought this plain coconut yogurt from #lidl, it is a #veganuary week there. The taste is very nice, the coconut flavour is almost non existent which is a good thing if you want a yogurt substitute. The texture is very heavy, though. The consistency is more like of a mayonnaise and I couldn't eat it as a yougurt, too heavy for me. But I saw that @flouredfingers made a ranch 🤤 from it so I decided to make a garlic dip as well and it turned out great ☺️.
I mixed it with some garlic, salt, dill, lemon juice and a little bit of oil. Delicious! 😋😋😋

Very plain taste. Sour with a hint of coconut. maybe with some fresh fruit or syrup it can be tasty, but as of now I don’t think I would buy it again. #lidl #coconutyogurt
