This bar is something different. The consistency reminds me of pressed biscuit dough. The taste is good and quite different, as it is made from roasted barley. A welcome change from the many date bars. I find the taste balanced and delicious. There are pieces of nuts and chocolate chips in it, which give the bar that little bit extra. The protein and fibre content are also quite high. I would buy again.

Oh my god this bar is so good! I feel like I can taste every ingredient. Especially the barley taste is awesome! Highly recommended for all the #chocolatelovers here!
